CARACTERÍSTICAS DEL SUFRIMIENTO
El sufrimiento es una ELECCIÓN personal, es OPCIONAL porque depende al 100% de la INTERPRETACIÓN que hago de los eventos que atraigo y genero en mi vida.
El dolor y el sufrimiento NO son sinónimos.
El dolor está asociado al cuerpo físico, es inevitable y tiene una duración TEMPORAL determinada por el tipo, la calidad y la rapidez de las acciones paliativas (atención médica, tratamientos, etc) recibidas.
El sufrimiento está asociado a los cuerpos mental y emocional; y su duración depende del tiempo que elija creer, sostener y aferrarme a mi interpretación del evento ocurrido.
Ejemplo:
Si coloco la palma de mi mano sobre una hornilla encendida me quemaré la piel. Sentiré dolor temporalmente, el cual puede atenuarse a través de atención médica u otras acciones paliativas.
La interpretación mental que haga sobre la quemadura puede generarme SUFRIMIENTO; y su duración dependerá de mi nivel de conciencia y del tiempo que elija mantener mi interpretación.

IMPACTO DEL SUFRIMIENTO EN MI
Cuando sufro:
1. Me alineo la conciencia inferior y ejecuto respuestas inferiores.
2. Dirijo mi atención a la QUEJA, el JUICIO y la CULPA colocándome inmediatamente la careta de víctima. Pierdo energía innecesariamente cuando me quejo, juzgo y culpo. Es una falsa ilusión creer que quejarme sirve para desahogarme. La queja intensifica la emoción negativa (la hace más grande) en mí.
3. Me alineo a la CARENCIA, a los «Debería(s)» y los «No debería(s)».
4. Rechazo la realidad y abandono el tiempo presente (estoy actuando como prisionero del pasado o el futuro).
5. Me inhabilito a «construir» mi presente desde lo que sí ES.
6. Atraigo pensamientos negativos de la pensamentósfera, experimento emociones que se sienten mal, disminuyo mi frecuencia vibratoria; y actúo inferiormente. El cuerpo físico que ocupo puede enfermarse porque no proceso los pensamientos y emociones de manera consciente.
Mi frecuencia vibratoria determina lo que atraigo y creo en mi vida: experiencias, situaciones, personas y pensamientos.
El Universo no me premia o me castiga; simplemente RESPONDE a mi frecuencia vibratoria.
Ley Universal: «Lo semejante atrae a lo semejante».
Yo soy energía, los pensamientos son energía, las palabras son energía, las emociones son energía, la frecuencia vibratoria es energía, las acciones son energía.
7. El «burro» me monta porque estoy disperso, fantaseando, asumiendo, parloteando, quejándome, juzgando, burlándome, chismeando, dividiendo, separando y comparando.
8. Estoy en mi YO IMAGINARIO (la mente está actuando como la loca de la casa, reaccionando ante los estímulos, teniendo visión de gusano). Si mi YO IMAGiNARIO me dirige; entonces, estoy ausente de mi YO OBSERVADOR (siendo capaz de dirigir mi foco atencional, actuando como testigo de lo que ocurre, dándome cuenta que me doy cuenta, observando con visión de águila).

¿POR QUÉ SUFRO?
1. Yo soy un ser INTERPRETADOR y lo seré hasta mi último suspiro de vida. Como interpretador realizo interpretaciones, historias, cuentos, fantasías, telenovelas y/o diálogos internos LIMITADOS de los eventos ocurridos en mi Realidad. Mis interpretaciones son limitadas como mi PERCEPCIÓN de la REALIDAD. Cada persona utiliza múltiples GAFAS para percibir la realidad. Esta percepción es acotada.
2.Todos los eventos son NEUTROS (carecen de carga emotiva).
El sufrimiento no está en el HECHO; está en la interpretación que hago del HECHO.
3. Tengo el SÍNDROME de «No soy suficientemente»: No soy suficientemente inteligente, no soy suficientemente capaz, no soy suficientemente próspero, no soy suficientemente feliz; no soy suficientemente amoroso, no soy suficientemente sano, etc. Actúo como un juez severo conmigo, con los otros, con la creación y con la energía divina que habita en mí.

Asumiéndome como un APRENDIZ de mi vida: adoptando una actitud positiva ante los aprendizajes y los errores, aceptando otros puntos de vista, flexibilizándome (soltando las ganas de querer tener la razón), dándome permiso de aprender y equivocarme, sintiéndome suficiente y capaz de incorporar los aprendizajes; asombrándome, divirtiéndome, viviendo mi proceso, integrando nuevas prácticas y PRACTICAR, PRACTICAR; y PRACTICAR.
2. 6. Respetar el derecho a elegir de cada persona como los demás respetan mi derecho. Eliminar mis ganas de controlarlos indicándoles cómo tienen que SER, HACER y TENER.
